Proven track record of working within a fast moving
consumer goods manufacturing environment

Experience using hand/electric pallet trucks
for the movement of finished pallets

The main function of this role is to work within the quality department inspection area carrying out rework on pallets, identifying and removing common manufacturing defects from finished stock.

Working within a fast paced manufacturing
environment ensuring Envases Health & Safety procedures are followed at all
times

Responsible for the safe movement of finished
pallets from the warehouse to the sorting area for inspection
·
Responsible for setting up finished pallets for
inspection following correct procedures to avoid risk of mixed product in
finished goods area

Responsible for carrying out visual checks of
finished product for any print errors, physical damage to cans from common
manufacturing defects such as scratches, dents & general malformation
·
Responsible for working collaboratively with the
Quality Co-ordinator to assess finished pallets to identify common
manufacturing defects, back checking stock and communicating accurate reports
of affected quantities and defect types

Responsible for maintaining records of finished
stock that has been sorted ensuring accuracy in documentation
